phases

Phase 1:

Install a large cut and polished stone that includes an etching of a picture of the church building, the dates of establishment and date of it’s burning down, and the names of the congregation’s founding members. Install a security system with cameras as needed to provide appropriate coverage of the cemetery and memorial site and internet connection for capture of any activity registered by the camera(s).

Phase 2:

Build an open-aired, roofed shelter that includes
a.) weather-protected informational kiosks honoring the history of the church and its activities (pictures of pastors, Sunday school, youth groups, choirs, classes, etc.)
b.) Use a beam that survived the 2017 fire, to construct a cross at the end of the shelter nearest the cemetery. Add additional security measure, if needed.

Phase 3:

Complete reconstruction of a church similar to the original structure by incorporating and/or remodeling the roofed shelter with windows, bell tower, alter, pews, etc. similar to the original building. This reconstructed building could be used for weddings, anniversaries, funerals, prayer services, etc. Additional security measures to be installed as needed.

Phase 4:

Establish a perpetual fund from which only the investment earnings can be used for administering the property (insurance, security system(s), upkeep, maintenance, etc.) This fund needs to be established at Phase 1 and increased prior to each additional phase undertaken in accordance with the projected increased operating/administrative costs projected for each additional phase.
